Responsibilities

• Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to guide in-store strategies.
• Establishes expectations and holds the team accountable for standards.
• Controls payroll and supply budgets and payroll accuracy.
• Performs scheduling, audits, inventories, and opening/closing duties.
• Manages cash handling, price changes, and merchandise flow in line with policy.
• Ensures compliance with laws and loss prevention policies; trains associates.
• Executes inventory receipts/dispatch and daily replenishment of floor stock.
• Maintains brand visual presentation and store upkeep.
• Develops a high performance culture and motivates the team to hit sales goals.
• Trains and coaches staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Supports locating fulfillment and selling processes.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring and developing the team.
