Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.

• Experience with inventory control and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to drive store performance with the Store Manager.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and budget controls to meet targets.
• Manage inventory, receipts, dispatches, and visual merchandising standards.
• Lead customer-focused service and MAPS compliance to ensure a great in-store experience.
• Coach and develop staff; support HR functions and performance management.
