Job summary

Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations in New York. You will support the Team Leader in creating a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success.

You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, handle cash and payroll tasks, and ensure compliance with food safety and company policies. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues when leadership is unavailable.
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Train and coach team members; assist with scheduling.
• Assist with cash handling, reports, and payroll related tasks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
