Crosby’s Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New York to help lead daily operations and support the Team Leader in creating a clean, welcoming environment with exceptional customer service.

You will supervise team members, maintain high standards, and drive store success while focusing on customer experience, efficiency, and governance. This role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and hands-on store management.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing in daily operations.
• Help oversee store cleanliness and brand standards.
• Support merchandising, promotions and inventory tasks.
• Assist with cash handling and daily reports.
