Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience and supports associate development.
• Oversees recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• Manages store operations, scheduling, and adherence to policies and P&Ps.
• Ensures safety for pets and customers while achieving financial targets.
• Drives events and initiatives to enhance the pet parent experience.
