Job summary

Athleta is seeking a store team member in San Francisco to support the leadership team, model selling behaviors, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. You will help educate customers about loyalty programs, assist during non-peak hours, and collaborate to complete tasks efficiently while promoting a positive work environment.

The role requires flexibility for various shifts, the ability to move around the sales floor and back stock, and the capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.

• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Build product lifecycle expertise and share knowledge with the team.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and adapt to store hours.
