Athleta is seeking a dedicated retail teammate to support store leadership and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will model selling behaviors, educate customers on loyalty programs, and collaborate across teams to achieve sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards, assisting with opening/closing procedures, and leveraging omni-channel tools to create a seamless customer journey while complying with company standards.

• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours tasks.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
