Job summary

Athleta is hiring an in-store associate in Los Gatos, CA to support leadership, model selling behaviors, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to help meet sales goals.

You will educate customers about loyalty programs, participate in omni-channel initiatives, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth opening/closing, compliance, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail settings or service roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move about the store floor.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers and employees with respect to foster a positive environment.
