Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience with preferred store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and drive sales.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Manage stock room, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, and loyalty program promotion.
• Partner with Store Manager to delegate tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery standards and inventory control.
