Responsibilities include managing recruitment, achieving sales metrics, and maintaining inventory, pricing, and store conditions to impress customers daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 4+ years of retail experience, preferably in store management.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Lead a high-performing team and maintain a positive store culture.
• Drive recruitment and maintain consistent store coverage year-round.
• Achieve sales, service, and product engagement metrics with strong operations focus.
• Own daily retail operations: POS, stock, pricing, markdowns, and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate tasks to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
