Job summary

Five Below in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a capable store crew leader to drive guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations. You will train crew, manage front-end activities, and partner with the store manager to reach service scores and brand standards. The role requires at least two years of management experience and a strong ability to multi-task under pressure.

Hourly position starting at $17.00. The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW customer service and train crew on best practices for checkout.
• Lead store to achieve customer service goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment works and staff are trained.
• Perform opening/closing, keep store clean, and prepare for customers.
• Cover store manager duties in their absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members with store manager.
• Review corporate communications and act accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and world recovery.
• Perform stock room maintenance and general cleanliness.
