Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Model selling behaviors and knowledge to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and adherence to store policies and strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team and manage opening/closing routines.
• Create genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards throughout shifts.
