Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor in West Hartford, CT to oversee daily store operations alongside the Store Manager and Associate Manager. You will lead by example on the sales floor, drive a customer-centric, consultative sales culture, and ensure smooth operations including opening/closing, training, and inventory oversight.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years as a people leader in retail or hospitality, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a people leader in a retail, sales, customer service or hospitality industry; 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent; adaptability to change.
• Outstanding communication skills with a knack for building consensus via influence.
• Naturally curious and solves problems with grace and optimism.
• Financial management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of Store Manager/Associate Store Manager; open/close store and uphold visual standards.
• Lead and advise associate team on sales floor with a goal-driven approach.
• Lead by example and foster ownership, improvement, and goal achievement.
• Maintain training standards on the sales floor; ensure product and systems expertise.
• Improve store operations and overall customer experience.
• Ensure product and promotion schedules align with Casper HQ and implement initiatives.
