Job summary

Vuori is seeking a store leader to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive team performance. You will own daily store operations, train and motivate the sales team, manage restocking, merchandising, and safety protocols, and ensure top service during all shifts.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers, deep product knowledge in fashion and active-wear, and proactive communication with the team to hit store goals.

• Engage customers about product details, new product, replenishment, and events.
• Be knowledgeable on what's new and what sells well and share with customers and team.
• Lead the team on day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager is away.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Seek product knowledge in fashion and active-wear to serve as an expert.
• Lead projects while focusing on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Assist in processing weekly shipments and routines as part of operations.
