Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to help lead the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and embody Vuori’s brand voice. You will mentor staff, manage daily floor operations and stock processes, and guide inventory workflow to support sales goals.

You’ll stay current on product knowledge, drive events, and build strong customer relationships while maintaining Vuori’s standards across visual merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• Available for 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience with the sales team.
• Own the sales floor and ensure customer experience is the top priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details and upcoming events.
• Be knowledgeable about what's new and what’s selling well and share with customers and team.
• Lead daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Motivate the sales team to meet goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge to become a fashion and active-wear expert.
