Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in the United States to partner with the Store Manager in leading the sales team. You will drive an exceptional customer experience, coach the team, and uphold Vuori’s standards in merchandising, operations, and service.

You will manage daily store activities, mentor staff, and ensure product knowledge is conveyed to customers. The role requires scheduling flexibility, weekend availability, and strong ownership of results within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening shifts, 8 hour workdays, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must demonstrate punctuality and attendance with scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
