Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the store team and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure optimal product knowledge and brand presentation in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, outstanding customer service, and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues while maintaining merchandising standards and store

Qualifications

• Availability mornings/evenings, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least one weekend day.
• Strong leadership with punctuality and attendance commitments.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and handles concerns proactively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the store and sales team to deliver optimal customer experience.
• Own the sales floor and drive store performance in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, sizing, style feedback, and events.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock, and manage store operations and safety.
