Responsibilities

• Drives a service culture through engaging, efficient and personalized experiences; interprets Voice of customer feedback to improve interactions.
• Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values and partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager on creating an engaging visual experience that appeals to the UO customer.
• Delivers a seamless, omni channel shopping experience through understanding and utilization of tools to service the customer (MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up).
• Actively participates as the floor service leader by driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication; guides the team to prioritize the customer experience and achieve store objectives.
• Facilitates onboarding for new hires and fosters continual development; provides timely feedback to create a culture of action and accountability.
• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team.
• Supports the store management team by participating in daily opening/closing procedures and other operational tasks.
• Collaborates with key partners to execute shipment processing, restocking, and placement of product while maintaining visual standards; ensures omni channel orders are processed timely.
• Adheres to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures.
• Contributes to an inclusive environment by helping to amplify all voices, and shares product knowledge and brand messaging throughout the day.
• Communicates feedback to VM Manager and Store Manager; fosters growth discussions with direct reports.
• Embraces a culture of development by protecting time to discuss personal growth with direct reports; invests time to ensure success of all team members.
