Job summary

Michaels Stores in Conway, AR is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers locate products and complete transactions. You will help customers shop, answer questions, and enroll them in the Rewards program, while maintaining a well-stocked, clean store.

Typical duties include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, handling cash, supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and ensuring safety standards. You will need physical stamina and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Support SOPs and company policies; interact professionally with customers.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
