Michaels Stores is hiring at our North Little Rock store to deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products. You’ll handle checkout with accurate cash handling and assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Join a team that values a welcoming atmosphere, in-stock merchandise, and strong store recovery standards. Evening and weekend shifts may be required; retail experience preferred to start.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move about the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and store programs.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and store layout tasks.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and general merchandise recovery.
