Job summary

Michaels in Rogers, AR is seeking a dependable store associate to maintain a clean, welcoming environment and provide friendly customer service. You will assist shoppers in finding items, explain our Rewards program, and process transactions accurately at the register.

You will help with stocking, planograms, BOPIS and Ship from Store processes, support shrink and safety initiatives, and follow all SOPs and company policies to deliver the Michaels experience.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver the brand promise.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and assist with rewards program enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship from Store).
• Participate in stocking and planogram processes; support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; engage in customer-facing interactions.
