Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a store associate responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and keeping the store clean. You will work with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with staged increases to $20.00, $20.50, and $21.50 over the next four years; full-time role, typically 30+ hours per week. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid holidays, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
