Job summary

Michaels Store in Bountiful, UT is hiring a Cleaning Associate to maintain the store’s cleanliness and safety while delivering friendly customer service. You will dust, mop, collect trash, stock and place products correctly, and support store operations with a positive team attitude.

Responsibilities include deep cleaning bathrooms and high-traffic areas, assisting with checkout duties, participating in BOPIS/SFS processes, and helping with stocking and planograms.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and products for cleaning and places them back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with provided materials; mixes solutions as needed.
• Deep cleans high-traffic areas (bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways).
• Keeps cleaning equipment neat; notifies supervisor of supply needs.
• Performs tasks per SOPs and company policies.
