Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member to maintain store cleanliness, assist customers, and support checkout operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role includes helping customers find items, handling purchases, and participating in rewards programs. Training covers safety, SOPs, and merchandise replenishment across departments.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old in the U.S.
• Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to support Brand Promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards program enrollment and Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
