Job summary

Michaels Gilroy is seeking a team member to perform cleaning duties across the store, including bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways and high traffic areas. You will assist customers at checkout and support rewards program enrollments while helping with stock and planogram tasks.

The role includes handling cash, participating in omni-channel tasks, and maintaining a safe, clean environment in a climate-controlled public retail setting. Minimum age remains 16 years or older.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas with approved materials and equipment.
• Collects and disposes of trash following procedures.
• Provides fast and friendly checkout experience and handles cash to standards.
• Engages customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assists with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS) and stocking.
