Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning duties and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to meet brand promises.
• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
• Dust and damp mop floors as directed.
• Move equipment and products for cleaning and return to place.
• Deep clean key areas including bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways.
• Notify supervisor when supplies are low and restock as needed.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and truck unloading.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; ensure compliance with laws.
• Participate in shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to safety and clean environment in a climate-controlled store.
