Michaels Stores is seeking team members to maintain a clean, safe store environment and deliver friendly customer service. You will help customers find products, participate in checkout duties, and support store operations including BOPIS and Ship from Store programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and recovery.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Support Omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship from Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) upkeep.
