Michaels is seeking a dedicated team member for the Danvers, MA store who can uphold our high standards of cleanliness and customer care. The role includes assisting shoppers, processing transactions, and supporting online-to-offline processes such as BOPIS and SFS, while maintaining planograms and stock levels.

The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift items, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school age 16+ per US law; able to work.
• Reliable team member with ability to stand long hours.
• Experience with cleaning and store maintenance preferred.
• Willingness to perform cashier duties if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support our brand promises.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find what they need.
• Assist with checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program enrollments and Private Label offers.
• Support omni-channel processes, including BOPIS and Ship from Store (SFS).
• Restock shelves and participate in truck un-load and planogram processes.
• Follow SOPs and company policies and safety guidelines.
