Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members to maintain a high standard of clean, safe store environments. You will dust, mop, restock, and support customers while assisting with checkout and Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

Roles require standing for long periods, lifting, and working nights/weekends. Retail and cleaning experience are preferred, and team members are expected to adhere to SOPs and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or cleaning environments preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and overall appearance as per SOPs.
• Dust, damp mop floors, and clean assigned areas using approved supplies.
• Assist customers and point out store services and benefits.
