Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for a Canandaigua, NY store to deliver friendly customer service, maintain a clean store environment and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

Responsibilities include cash handling at checkout, helping customers with Rewards programs, and supporting BOPIS/SFS processes. Must be 16+ and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Assist customers, help them find products and enroll in Rewards/Private Label programs.
• Support Omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
