• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and good judgment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and dispatch delivery drivers on a timely basis.
• Ensure correct parts are delivered to the right customer orders with speed and courtesy.
• Map out efficient routes for deliveries.
• Track and analyze delivery service quality using a Delivery Management System.
• Resolve roadblocks for customers with effective solutions.
• Handle cash returned by drivers and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect returned parts and cores and prepare them for return to DC or manufacturer.
• Maintain fleet to keep vehicles safe and functional and flag issues.
