Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX is seeking a Store Director to lead store operations, ensure product quality and safety, and drive sales and profitability. You will manage inventory, budgeting, merchandising, and compliance to deliver a superior shopping experience.

You will interview, hire, train and develop partners; oversee staffing and scheduling; monitor performance and safety standards while fostering a culture of high engagement and exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Associates Degree in related field and four or more years of related experience, or equivalent.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining partners; scheduling, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Reviews historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions.
• Manages inventory to ensure in-stock levels and uses budget and personnel reports to plan long-term objectives.
• Directs store operations and manages operating expenses to maximize cash flow, EBITDA, sales, shrink, gross margin, and net profit.
• Maintains sales performance, customer engagement and adherence to company standards.
