Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two+ years related retail or grocery experience preferred.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage department sales and profits using approved business practices.
• Lead and develop department staff, interview, hire, train, and schedule.
• Review inventory, shrink, and labor data; communicate with upper management.
• Ensure product quality, proper rotation, and display standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Open/close the store as needed and maintain a safe, clean environment.
