Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.
• 18+ years of age; 21+ to drive for company business per policy.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.
• AML certification required.
• Fuel Operator C training required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead department staff: interview, hire, train, and develop partners.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; address issues.
• Review sales data; manage inventory; monitor P&L and labor.
• Maintain product quality and safety; ensure proper display.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and displays.
• Ensure stock and paperwork accuracy; manage store opening/closing.
• Provide friendly customer service and maintain safe environment.
