Maverik Inc. is seeking a Store Director in Gillette, Wyoming to lead the team, drive store performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee all store operations, manage the food service program, and develop Team Members to support the community and store revenue.

Upon successful training, you will transition to a salaried Store Director role with a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus program and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle financial management, including P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Experience or willingness to learn in areas such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET: Greet, Engage, and Thank customers by modeling behaviors and coaching the team on consistent execution.
• Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing development of leaders and store team through Company training programs.
• P&L Management: Collaborate with District Manager and Sr Director on P&L management, business plans and budgets.
• Company Initiatives: Implement Company initiatives, enhance customer experience, and foster coaching, engagement, and teamwork.
• Operational Excellence: Lead the team in implementing best practices, measure operational efficiencies, and improve productivity.
• Food Program Ownership: Maintain knowledge of kitchen processes to support, audit, and coach the Food Service Manager.
• Cross-Functional Coverage: Serve as operational backup across all departments during peak volume or staffing shortages.
