Job summary

Maverik Inc. is hiring a Store Director in Helena, MT. You will lead store operations, drive performance, and create an exceptional customer experience through strong team leadership and a deep understanding of our fresh food program.

You will manage P&L, budgets, and strategic planning while coaching Team Members and maintaining safety standards. Upon successful training completion, you will transition to a salaried Store Director role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage P&L, budgets and business plans.
• Experience or willingness to lead in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Commitment to safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Food Safety Certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET: model customer service expectations and coach Team Members to deliver a welcoming experience.
• Facilitate ongoing development of leaders and the store team through training programs.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and business plans with District Manager and Sr Director.
• Implement Company initiatives and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead store operations to improve productivity and meet standards.
• Oversee kitchen processes and food program knowledge to support and coach the Food Service Manager.
• Serve as operational backup across all store departments during peak periods.
