Maverik is seeking a Store Director in Gillette, WY who will lead the team, drive store performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee all store operations and have deep knowledge of our fresh food program.

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle financial management, including P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Experience or willingness to learn in areas such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Food Safety Certification must be obtained and maintained as required by state/local jurisdiction.

Responsabilités

• Champion GET: Model and coach Maverik’s customer service expectations; hold the team accountable for a welcoming experience.
• Training and Development: Ensure delivery of all Company training programs across the store team.
• P&L Management: Collaborate with District Manager on P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Company Initiatives: Implement company initiatives and enhance customer experience with coaching and teamwork.
• Operational Excellence: Lead the team in best practices, measure efficiencies, improve productivity, and meet standards.
• Food Program Ownership: Maintain knowledge of kitchen processes to support, audit, and coach the Food Service Manager.
• Cross-Functional Coverage: Serve as operational backup across all store departments during peak times or shortages.
