You’ll oversee all store operations and maintain expert knowledge of our food service program, with a focus on fresh offerings that boost revenue and guest satisfaction. You’ll develop Team Members, manage budgets and P&L in partnership with leadership, and ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience with P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Willingness to learn in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Food Safety Certification required by state/local jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET: model customer service and coach Team Members.
• Training and Development: deliver company training programs to leaders and staff.
• P&L Management: work with leadership on budgets and business plans.
• Company Initiatives: implement initiatives to improve customer experience and teamwork.
• Operational Excellence: drive best practices and productivity improvements.
• Food Program Ownership: manage kitchen processes and sanitation with Food Service Manager.
• Cross-Functional Coverage: serve as operational backup across store departments.
