Upon completion of a 6-week training, you transition to a salaried Store Director role with a salary range of $51,670–$63,295 per year and eligibility for a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability tohandle financial management, including P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Experience or willingness to learn in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Commitment to safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Food Safety Certification required by applicable state/local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Champion GET customer service by coaching Team Members on welcoming, engaging experiences.
• Training and Development: deliver company training programs and develop leaders.
• P&L Management: partner with District Manager on budgets and plans.
• Implement company initiatives to enhance customer experience and teamwork.
• Lead operational excellence and measure productivity against standards.
• Maintain knowledge of kitchen processes to support food service and coaching.
• Serve as backup across all store departments during peak times.
