Job summary

Maverik Store Director role in Ohio oversees all store operations, leads a team, and drives performance for a premier fuel and food program. You’ll manage P&L, budgets, and implement company initiatives while delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching Team Members.

During training, you’ll earn hourly pay of $24.88–$30.48, transitioning to a salaried Store Director role upon completion. This full-time position offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle financial management, including P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Experience or willingness to learn in areas such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver Maverik's GET customer experience by modeling behaviors and coaching teammates.
• Facilitate the ongoing development of leaders and the store team through company training programs.
• Collaborate on P&L management, business plans and budgets with District Manager and Sr Director.
• Implement Company initiatives and enhance the customer experience.
• Lead store in operational excellence, improving productivity and standards.
• Maintain total operational knowledge of kitchen processes to support, audit, and coach the Food Service Manager.
• Serve as backup across all store departments during peak volume or staffing shortages.
