Job summary

Maverik is hiring for a Store Director Trainee in California. You will undergo a 6-week training program with hourly pay ($33.89–$36.30/hr) and transition to a salaried Store Director on successful completion. You’ll lead the store team, drive performance, and implement company initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include succession planning, training, safety, budgeting, and optimizing operations. ServeSafe certification is required or to be obtained.

• Willingness to obtain ServeSafe certification.
