Maverik Inc. is seeking a Store Director Trainee in California. You will undergo a 6-week training program with hourly pay during training ($33.89/hr - $36.30/hr) and transition to a salaried Store Director role on successful completion.

Salary range during the role is $70,500–$75,500 per year with eligibility for a bonus program. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

• Ability to handle financial management, including P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Experience or willingness to learn in areas such as recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• ServeSafe Certification: Currently certified or willing to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Plan succession and workforce, recruit, hire, train, set performance standards, coach, and terminate when needed.
• Facilitate leadership and store team development through company training programs.
• Ensure safety and security of team, customers, and vendors.
• Collaborate on P&L management, business plans, and budgets with District Manager.
• Implement company initiatives to improve customer experience and foster coaching and teamwork.
• Lead the team in applying best practices, measuring efficiency, and boosting productivity.
• Engage in Food Service initiatives to maximize sales and control waste; ServeSafe certified or willing.
• Drive a customer-centric culture through processes, communications, and rewards.
