Maverik Inc. is hiring a Store Director in Sheridan, WY for a full-time role that oversees all store operations and food service knowledge. You will lead a team, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting safety and profitability.

During a 6-week training program you will earn hourly pay of $24.88–$30.48, transitioning to a salaried Store Director role upon completion. Eligible for a bonus program as part of the compensation package.

Formación

• Must be 21+ to apply.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle financial management, including P&L, budgets, and business plans.
• Experience or willingness to learn in areas such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

• Training and Development: ensure delivery of all Company training programs.
• P&L Management: collaborate on P&L, business plans, and budgets.
• Company Initiatives: implement initiatives to enhance customer experience and teamwork.
• Operational Excellence: lead the team in best practices and efficiency.
• Food Program Ownership: manage kitchen processes and food service workflows.
• Cross-Functional Coverage: act as backup across all store departments during peak times.
