Job summary

Billy Reid is seeking a Store Director for our Edina shop to lead the sales team toward achieving targets and to oversee daily operations in a hospitality-driven environment, with a big-picture mindset. The ideal candidate will coach and develop staff, drive selling culture, manage staffing, merchandising, and events, and ensure a consistently welcoming customer experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Implement all Retail direction in stores including, but not limited to the following areas:
• Selling Culture
• Merch Guidelines
• Markdowns & Promos
• National & Local Events
• Utilize key reports to drive store actions on a daily/weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual scale
• Create store schedule to support business needs
• Meet & Exceed sale plans by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sale staff
• Improve conversion rate in store with a goal of a 1%-2% improvement year over year
• Attract, hire, develop and retain
