Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop strong product knowledge to guide clients through options on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team to implement sales strategies and drive results.
• Partner with store leadership to set and exceed sales goals.
• Drive sales through service and lasting customer relationships.
• Leverage customer lists and profiles to stay connected with shoppers.
• Support omni-channel initiatives including web orders and email opt-ins.
• Manage on-floor inventory and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the sales floor and stockroom.
• Adhere to Billy Reid policies and complete daily tasks.
