Job summary

The Niemann Foods ACE Assistant Store Manager role supports the Store Director in driving sales, controlling costs, and delivering excellent customer service. You will oversee merchandise presentation, inventory, and team performance while ensuring compliance with policies and store programs.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 months of related experience, basic hardware product knowledge, and comfort with retail computer systems, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of hardware products encouraged.
• 1 to 3 months related experience or training.
• Knowledge of retail computer systems, Word and Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by acknowledging customers, meeting needs, and resolving concerns quickly.
• Controls shrink, expenses and labor while maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, assortments, and signing across departments.
• Supports Store Director in training and developing the store team.
• Processes information through the POS and computer systems; assists with stock and displays.
