Fielmann USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Development Procurement Administrator in Green Bay, WI.

This role owns procurement from fixture packages to orders across new stores and remodels, coordinating with planning, construction, and finance to ensure timely openings. The position combines strategic sourcing with detailed execution—forecasting demand, running RFQs/RFPs, negotiating terms, and ensuring order accuracy to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience in procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, subcontract administration, or contract administration; multi-site retail or Store Development experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with store fixtures, millwork, furniture/FF&E, retail construction, or Store Development purchasing strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic sourcing, RFQ/RFP, bulk-purchasing, supplier-evaluation, total-cost analysis, and vendor-negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement critical path from approved fixture package through PO release, supplier acknowledgement, production, shipment, delivery, shortages, damage resolution, invoice reconciliation, credits, and closeout.
• Validate orders with item numbers, descriptions, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain a master purchasing tracker by store and vendor with requisitions, POs, acknowledgements, and delivery records.
• Proactively resolve backorders, late shipments, or order integrity issues before affecting project timelines.
• Escalate risks immediately with clear ownership and required action.
