Job summary

Fielmann USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Development Procurement Administrator in Green Bay, WI. You willOwn the end-to-end procurement for store fixtures and remodel purchases, turning plans into timely, sourced orders.

This hybrid role requires coordinating with Planning, Construction, Finance, and Vendors to ensure on-time openings. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in procurement, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, and experience with multi-store programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement/purchasing/strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience with store fixtures, millwork, or retail development purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement critical path from fixture package through PO release, supplier acknowledgement, production, shipment, delivery, and closeout.
• Validate every order for accuracy, delivery dates, and compliance with project scope.
• Collaborate with Store Planning, Construction, Finance, Facilities, and vendors to ensure on-time openings.
