Job summary

Fielmann USA, Inc., a growing vision care network operator, seeks a procurement professional to own end-to-end fixture and remodel purchases across our store network. You will forecast demand, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate terms, and ensure timely orders in a multi-site program.

The role blends strategic sourcing with meticulous project execution, requiring collaboration with planning, construction, and finance teams; a hybrid schedule is offered to support field and office work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.
• 5-7 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience; multi-site retail preferred.
• Experience with store fixtures, millwork, FF&E, and retail construction highly preferred.
• Strong ability to evaluate pricing, lead times, and total delivered cost.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement from fixture package through PO release and closeout.
• Forecast demand and maintain a rolling procurement plan linked to schedules.
• Develop RFQs/RFPs with clear specs, quantities, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and supplier performance for multi-store programs.
• Coordinate production, delivery, exceptions, and vendor communications.
