Job summary

Fielmann USA, Inc. is seeking a Store Development Procurement Administrator in Deerfield, IL to own end-to-end procurement for fixture packages and store openings.

You will translate fixture plans into timely orders, run RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate supplier terms. The role combines strategic procurement with project execution: forecasting demand, coordinating production and delivery, and resolving issues before openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of procurement, sourcing or contract administration experience.
• Experience with store fixtures, millwork, furniture/FF&E, or retail construction preferred.
• Strong ability to evaluate pricing, lead times, and total delivered cost.
• Ability to interpret fixture schedules and project timelines accurately.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement critical path from fixture package to closeout.
• Forecast demand for new stores and remodels; plan and execute purchases.
• Develop RFQs/RFPs; qualify suppliers for multi-store development.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier performance; ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain purchasing trackers and reconcile orders, changes, and credits.
• Collaborate with Store Planning, Construction, Finance, Facilities and vendors.
